Early 2023
Our founder, serving as a volunteer administrator at a growing church in Accra, spent nights reconciling tithe records from paper rolls and WhatsApp messages. There had to be a better way.
Mid 2023
After months of interviews with church administrators, pastors, and members across Ghana, we built the first version of Ecclesium. Our first 5 churches joined as beta partners.
2024
A game-changer: we launched the member self-service portal. For the first time, ordinary church members could see their own records, submit prayer requests, and receive notifications. Adoption surged.
2025–2026
500+ churches. 50,000+ members. GHS 10M+ in tracked finances. We launched multi-tenant architecture, advanced analytics, online giving, and a complete welfare management module.
